Clint, Quentin and the Greenshore team were fantastic to deal with from the first visit to final completion. Not only were the trades easy, friendly and experienced, but also the office staff who assisted us to design our extension and transform our home. They were sure to assist us at every turn, addressed every question with detail and confidence and their quality of work exceeded expectations. Green-Shore Builders did a fantastic job renovating our weatherboard house. During our renovation we encountered a significant problem due to termite damage, despite this scope increase our major renovation was completed on schedule at the highest standard. The entire process was stress free and communication was extremely professional. Supervision and quality of builder’s work were outstanding, with great attention to detail such as matching new and old jarrah floorboards and timber windows. Green-Shore Builders are very high performing team and pleasure to work with! We engaged Green-Shore for a large renovation of our home (extension out the back + renovation of existing layout), and the team at Green-Shore did a fantastic job. Right from the start, with concept plans and costings, Quentin, Clint and the team were transparent, helpful and engaged. Once we agreed a contract, building commenced exactly when they said it would, and the timeline was always on schedule (actually finished ahead of schedule by a few weeks)! Being an older house, I was expecting the usual 'surprises' and 'issues' associated with building/renovating, however throughout the whole process Green-Shore just got on with the job and always had a pragmatic solution to everything. Importantly, there was no cost blow-outs or unexpected cost variations that we had to deal with. On completion, they meticulously went through the build and made sure everything was completed to the highest standard. Overall project management by Ben was exceptional. I would highly recommend Green-Shore....and I would use them again in an instant.

We recently had Green-Shore complete two additional spaces, both of which have turned out perfectly. The team were excellent to deal with and were always on hand to help. The attention to detail is second to none, all aspects of the build were carried out to an excellent finish. Ben was always on hand to answer questions and the customer service from the entire team is excellent. We would definitely recommend Green-Shore if you are thinking of getting renovations done.

We recently had a second-storey addition completed by Green-Shore Builders and the entire experience was nothing short of fantastic. From start to finish, they have been incredibly open, transparent, and communicative. They worked with us to design a space that suited our lifestyle and budget, helping with everything from color choices to build adjustments and council approvals. They even connected us with skilled and reliable tradespeople, which made the process seamless. What stood out most was their ability to keep the project on track and complete it under time, even with challenges posed by frequent winter rain. Despite having the roof removed, we never had to move out, and there was never any concern about leaks. It was amazing to live through the build without interruption while they worked above us. Each tradesperson was professional, tidy, and respectful of our home, delivering top-notch workmanship that is evident in the final product. Watching our house transform every day was such a rewarding experience. We were so impressed with the team that we've kept in touch with many of the tradespeople for other projects since the build was completed. The entire team—from the directors to admin to those on-site—was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We felt incredibly fortunate to have chosen a builder who respected our home, remained flexible throughout the process, and was always attentive to our needs. We highly recommend Green-Shore Builders to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and genuinely caring builder. We approached Greeenshore on the recommendation of friends who had used them and that word of mouth reference was very important to us. They were easy to work with, polite, skilled, on time and on budget. They were quick to respond, replied to emails, calls and texts. The standard of work and the attention to details was top notch. I would 10/10 recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with Green-Shore. As we lived in our home throughout the renovations we were blown away by the level of skill, and attention to detail that the trades brought to their jobs each day. We felt thoroughly supported throughout our whole renovation experience which was positive. It is a huge financial commitment renovating your home and it is certainly quite daunting, inviting people in to knock out walls and windows and rip up tiles etc of your home. However, any trepidation soon disappeared once we met the huge cast of courteous and approachable trades who arrived in the early morning and worked tirelessly throughout the day to help us create our vision. There appeared to be such respect not just for us, but for the other trades as well as they greeted each other early each day and worked together in lock step of the overall plan. Thank you Green- Shore for making a potentially stressful undertaking an extremely positive experience with a fantastic outcome!!

Green-Shore Builders delivered what we envisioned for our dated open-plan living room/kitchen, laundry and alfresco. From the first contact with Peter from sales, through to design, the fine tuning of details and duration of the renovations to completion we found every staff member we dealt with obliging, helpful and professional. In particular, we acknowledge Eric Parker who helped us navigate the numerous variations we made along the way with patience - providing practical advice that never strayed from our vision of the project. We would also like to acknowledge Clint Shore whose attention to detail and uncompromising approach to attaining the highest standard of work was apparent from the start to finish. Thank you!
